About the service

What an online store should be today

Shoppers decide in seconds: if a page doesn't open within three seconds, they're off to a marketplace. Speed, a clear catalog and a two-step checkout translate directly into revenue. That's why we build stores on a headless architecture: a fast Next.js front end and a separate admin for products and orders.

We design the store from the product matrix and the buyer's journey: how they search, how they compare, what stops them at checkout. A catalog with attribute filters, typo-tolerant search, a product page that answers every question, guest checkout and any convenient payment method.

Integrations are a must: products and stock from your ERP or inventory system, orders into the CRM, shipping statuses from carriers, tax and receipts, feeds for Google Merchant Center and ad platforms. The store becomes part of the business process, not a standalone storefront.

Who it's for

Who a custom online store is for

  • Brands with their own production

Apparel, cosmetics, furniture, food — direct sales without marketplace commissions and with your own customer base.

  • Wholesalers and distributors (B2B)

Customer accounts with individual price lists, ordering by SKU, shipping documents.

  • Stores outgrowing a SaaS platform

Shopify, Wix or Squarespace hitting limits on speed, SEO or integrations.

  • International sales

Multi-currency, Stripe, USDT crypto payments, several languages and shipping regions.

Sound familiar?

Why stores lose orders — and how we fix it

  1. Problem

The mobile site takes 6 seconds to load; carts get abandoned at the payment step.

    Our fix

Product pages open in under a second, a 2-step checkout without registration, address autocomplete, persistent cart.

  2. Problem

Stock on the site doesn't match reality — you sell what you don't have.

    Our fix

Real-time sync with your ERP or inventory system, stock reservation on order.

  3. Problem

A template design like hundreds of other stores — the brand doesn't come through.

    Our fix

Unique design and product cards built for your range: photos, size charts, bundles, video.

  4. Problem

Categories don't rank; all traffic comes from paid ads.

    Our fix

SEO architecture: clean URLs, indexable filter pages, Schema.org Product with prices and reviews, fast pages.

FAQ

Online store questions

How much does an online store cost?

From $2,500 for a store with a compact catalog and from $4,500 for a project with a unique design, customer accounts and ERP / CRM integration. Large B2B and international stores start at $8,000. We fix the estimate after analysis.

Why not Shopify?

SaaS platforms are great to start, but they charge a monthly fee plus transaction and app fees, limit design, speed and SEO, and your data lives on the platform. A custom store pays back the difference within a year and grows without limits.

Can you connect our ERP or inventory system?

Yes, it's a standard task: exporting products, prices and stock, pushing orders back. We set up scheduled or real-time sync via API.

Which payment methods can you connect?

Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other BNPL providers, bank transfer, and USDT crypto payments for international sales. Receipts and tax handling go through the provider.

What about our existing store and its rankings?

We migrate products, customers and orders, keep the URL structure or set up 301 redirects, and carry over meta tags. The launch is done carefully, with indexing verified in Search Console.

How long does development take?

Usually 4–8 weeks. A small store takes 4–5 weeks; a project with integrations and customer accounts, 6–8 weeks. Timelines depend heavily on catalog readiness: photos, descriptions, attributes.

Can we manage products and orders ourselves?

Yes. The admin is configured for your range: variants, stock, promotions, order statuses, customers. We train your team and hand over guides.
